Solution

AMTS data not updating in GeoExplorer Calibration invalid and Status age is recent

Some or All reference prisms not being read

Make a site visit to determine why refs are not reading or Adjust the minimum required references prisms

Calibrations are invalid but angle and distance data for all prisms are present

References are being read but measurement schedule is not aligned with calibration interval and data window

Make sure the calibration data window is larger than the measurement schedule of the reference prisms and longer than the calibration interval

AMTS showing disconnected or ON ERROR in GeoExplorer

Modem is offline

Most often power issues. Check site power. If the modem is powered up, try rebooting it remotely

Specific prisms are showing recent angle readings but no distance or coordinates

Correct prism is blocked and the wrong prism is being read or initial prism settings were saved incorrectly

Queue a measurement and open live control on the total station. Check the distance measured and compare to the initial reading. If the reading is significantly different than the original distance, the measurement is of the wrong prism. Check on site to see if the prism is blocked or missing
