1. Separate the antenna connection cable by pulling the two metal flanges in opposite directions from each other.
2. On the Antenna side of the cable, unscrew the two nuts holding the screw in place. Be sure to slide the nuts, washer, and crush completely off the wire.
3. Slide the antenna through the manhole connection point, followed by the screw. Make sure the Antenna is facing the sky to get the best possible signal in the area.
4. Once the top of the antenna is level, slide the washer, followed by the crush washer, and two nuts through the antenna wire.
5. Be sure to reconnect the two metal flanges.
6. Use one nut to tighten the screw. The second nut will be used to keep the antenna wire within the divet of the screw.
