How to share a project with a Cross-org user

1. To share a project with Specto, first add Specto as a Cross Sharing Organization. Navigate to Account Settings.
   
2. Then Organization.
   
3. Scroll down to Cross-Organization Sharing and type "Specto". A drop-down should appear, finding Specto.
   
4. Now you can add Specto users to your projects. Navigate to Projects. Click on the project you want to manage.
   
5. Scroll down to manage users and click the pencil to "Add or remove users".
   
   
   
6. From this menu, Search for the user you wish to add and click the double right arrows to move them to the "Selected" side. Then Save.
   
   
   
   
   

You have now added a Cross organization user to your Project.
